I had a fairly quick turnaround. Within 3 days after submitting my application, I received an email from the HR recruiter asking to schedule a screening call. From there I had two interviews within the same week and offered the position shortly after.

Interview
Behavioral interview with the Customer Service Coordinator point followed by a panel behavioral interview with a specific clinical unit (PICU, NICU, etc). The customer service point evaluated my fit for the position and my fit for a clinical area. She then recommended me to a clinical area. That "floor" conducted a panel interview consisting of the assistance nurse manager, and other staff.

Interview
Longest (3 hours) and most difficult interview I'd ever been on. Asked very, very, detailed questions about customer service interactions. Interviewer didn't make eye contact, which made it even more difficult to gauge how the interview was going.
