Know about the specialty what they offer, pay, and read about their mission and values because all this is critique during the interview. Not sure about an exam or anything of such but be on alert because other places ask for these things and you should know them. So you meet with human resources and then you meet with the nursing recruiter.

Applied on line and it took about a month for them to call me for interview . The interview took like 30min And they ask about my experience in my previous job. Told me about their policy
They asked me basic questions and then also told me a little about the company. Next they showed me around the unit. I shadow with the staff for one hour.
We structure the interviews to prepare candidates for each step in the process. It can be a lot of information at times. We hope it is helpful and that we answer your questions even before you ask them!
