Johnson Controls Customer Operations Specialist interview questions

The process began with an initial phone interview with recruiter. Within a week an in-person interview was scheduled with a department lead and manager. During the interview they also asked very technical questions relating to financial analysis and emphasized the need to regularly work overtime and come in under budget.
