Interview
Very great and a little challenging. Interviewers were quite nice and knew how to make me feel comfortable. It was a little overwhelming since it was my first interview so I was nervous of course. But the interview went well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls
Interview
Terrible experience both times with attempts to interview. First position, first interview was done by someone who had no idea about the job, was just reading scripted questions and seemed confused. Then they scheduled a second interview after three weeks, and the day of, I received an auto-reject email for my application. No one ever advised about cancelled interview. Second attempt for another position went similarly. First interview they scheduled for me, no one showed up, and no one called or emailed to explain. Seriously deficient recruiting process and very unprofessional.
