Interview
It appears that JC has outsourced their recruiters. I’ve been interviewed for two separate positions. The first one took me 3 months to learn that they “decided to go in a different direction” after a call from the recruiter telling me they were still interested. I had to call her back to find out.
The 2nd recruiter I interviewed with for a different L &D job was very unprofessional, She was 20 min late to the call, used the speaker phone to speak w me which made the call very garbled, dropped me off the call and then cut the interview short cause she had another phone call. Goes to confirm my thoughts about the PHR certificates and HR as inhuman resources or if you like human road blocks
JC u can do better.
