J&J, at least in the Philippines, offers positions that are way below your current level. I am a manager (with more than 10 years experience) with my current employee handling 15 direct reports. J&J is offering me a team member role, and when I asked why they can't even offer me a team leader position, they said manager positions in other companies may not necessarily be equivalent to a manager in J&J. This kind of statements are very arrogant and very insulting not just to my company, but also to me as a professional who has worked hard to earn and get to where I am in my career today! So disappointing.
