I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
The process consisted of 3 or 4 stages of phone and Skype video interviews. The first one is via phone with the HR team. If they select you, then you have another phone interview. Then they would invite you to in-person interviews in the company.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a full day event with many candidates from other universities. Each individual would have 2 director panels (2 on 1) and 3 rounds with previous PLDPs (2 on 2). Most of them are behavioral questions. The overall experience was pleasant. No tough questions. More about finding the right fit.
