Interview
My interview processes consist of only 1 round with the direct manager, offer was extended quickly within a few days. Friendly and it felt more of a vibe check. There was little technicality tested
Phone interview with HR followed by interview with Hiring Manager. Usual questions like walking through of resume, Why do you want to join JnJ , etc. Read up on what they do, what their values and aims are, etc.
They asked a few questions about data visualisations. There was only 1 interview session for the whole application process. I have heard from them within 1-2 weeks so it's pretty fast.
