Interview was conducted through Hirevue; it was three questions and I was able to finish within an hour. Was given about three days to complete the interview after receiving the invite from J&J.

The interview process was simple and easy to understand. They send out a HireVue interview for the first round, and you need to complete three questions. They give you three attempts for each question, and you can prepare before you answer.
