I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Piscataway, NJ) in Nov 2011
Interview
Initially received a call from recruiter. The recruiter set up a 45 minute interview with 3 people, including the hiring manager. This interview included a few experiential questions, one or two from each of the individuals. It was a bit difficult to hear at times when they were speaking to themselves. The questions were fairly routine, but having 3 people in a room together and on the phone was difficult. It seemed that the primary concern was that it was a position that was below my most recent position. There was no additional feedback about the interview, other than an automated message saying they decided not to pursue my candidacy.

I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Ciudad de Mexico)
Interview
Me contactaron pero no hubo call back, creo que por la experiencia y por el tiempo en mi anterior trabajo, pero todo muy profesional y serio. Igual las entrevistas ayudan a saber cómo prepararte
4 stage process: 1 with HR, 1 with Potential Line Manager; 1 with Panel; Final interview
Long gaps in between interviews and feedback - final feedback chased up one week after interview

Question 1
Why J&J and why this role - also what success looks like during first 90 days
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Apr 2025
Interview
Applied online and had the first interview with the hiring manager directly (no HR involvement). Regular questions about experience and was asked to complete a few scenario analysis tests on the call. Invited to the second interview with the hiring manager's manager and her peer. It went silent since then and I never heard anything back.
