Interview
Received a tour of the campus; followed by leadership and technical interviews. The leadership interview consisted of typical interview questions. The technical interviews consisted of interacting with new products and answering questions about the products.

What are the five most important traits of a leader?
First round of the interview process is a digital recording interview where you record your answer to several interview questions. You have 30 seconds to think about the posted question and then you record your answer (varies from 90 sec - 180 sec) and submit the recording. You may have a chance to re-record your answer.

Interview
Very kind process. Asked great questions and really wanted to know about who I am and what I bring to the table. Very open about themselves and enjoyed talking with me.
Initial interview went well when talking to real humans, but the problem is the recorded interview. It is awkwaard and uncomfortable and not helpful. And then they don't respond to you for six months well after the Co-op would have started to tell you that you didn't get the opportunity.
