I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Phone Interview. They facilitated the conversation and really tried to connect with you. I had a great experience. The interview wasn't some basic HR questionnaire, it was actual question that made you think, but not too far out there.

Question 1
What would you do if someone in the workplace took advantage of you?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
