I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Sep 2022
Interview
First interview was a digital interview and an online assessment. The assessment questions were mostly behavioural (no right or wrong answers), but I think they wanted to see consistency because I was asked same question in different ways. The digital interview was about why I wanted to role and my qualifications that are relevant to the role Third phase was a zoom interview with the team directors.
After two informal phone interviews with team leads, a one-day onsite visit with 6 formal interviews were scheduled with the team. The interview includes both phone and in-person interviews. There were one presentation, followed by lunch with the team.
