Interview
Overall, it was a solid experience. The behavioral questions were pretty standard — things like how you handle teamwork, conflict, and problem-solving under pressure. Nothing out of the ordinary there. The only slightly tougher one was the challenge question, which required a bit of critical thinking and explaining your reasoning clearly. They also expect you to know their Codex platform pretty well, so it helps to review how it works and be familiar with the main features. And definitely brush up on your LeetCode or similar coding problems before the interview — they like to see that you can think through algorithms and logic on the spot. Other than that, it was a friendly and smooth process, and the interviewer made the conversation feel comfortable and natural.
