I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
First round interview was a resume scan, which is conducted by US HR department, if passed, will get a personality test. Since it is a resume scan, it generally focus on the past work experience and several behavior questions.
In the Q&A session, the HR is very nice and patient to answer the questions. When talking about J&J, I can tell they are very proud of working there. But based on my experience, they look like prefer candidate with a relatively long corporate work experience and with a decent degree.
Positive experience
Easy interview
Application
I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Hong Kong) in Oct 2012
Interview
Submitted online application early October. Got called after 3 weeks by HR for an IRDP summer internship. Since the HR mentioned she started using the new data input system, she might spend some time fixing. Thus she was more concentrated on fixing the system more than asking me difficult questions. Basically HR asked simple questions such as what language do you speak? Where do you want to work? What did you study before? Why johnson&Johnson? What area are you interested to work in?
