Applied the job online, i received an email for the interview. It was an one on one interview with a human resource person, she asked some behavior questions: why do you choose johnson and johnson, what do you want to be in 5, 10 years? Why do you choose pharmaceuticals? What is the goal of your life? What is your greatest strength? what are your weaknesses? How do you behavor in face of anbiguity?
The interview was a digital interview. I had four calendar days to complete it. They also allow you to review your responses and rerecord it if you are unsatisfied with how you responded.

very confortable working environment,with many benefits and facilities . tough environment and very stressful. Lots of pressure and expectations to meet. Insane workload and many overtime. Had to leave office at 9pm many times and come back home late

I applied online through Handshake, and I did hire vire video recording and assessment personality test. Never hear back. They get back pretty quickly I think about 1 week for each step.
