It was a structured and very professional process. I applied online and, after a week, my first interview was with the Recruiter. After that, within a period of two weeks, I had various 1:1 and panel interviews with the Hiring Manager, the next level and various HR stakeholders. All of them were behavioral based interviews. Go prepared to discuss your experience and accomplishments and demonstrate your knowledge about the Company, products and the Credo.
First they arranged a HR call, followed by an interview with the hiring/ reporting manager, then lastly a panel interview with the skip level (don't really remember who). All Teams virtual interview.
The interview was online. It was a screening. It was quick. They asked me some basic questions about my experience and education. It lasted for about 30 minutes. They said they would get back to me about a second interview.
