I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Mar 2014
Interview
The questions were mainly behavioral. Johnson & Johnson certainly looks for people that fit into their company culture so do research to make sure you feel as if you would fit in. Some questions included how did you work around an issue in a team, discussing former work experience, and how you deal with an unexpected change in your schedule (essentially dealing with stress). Overall, just prepare for the interview by reading up on how to answer general interview questions. The interview has 2 people interviewing you at once.
