Interview obtained via application through school recruiting in Professional leadership development program (PLDP) in supply chain. The position was located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. About 20 people applied out of whivh 8 people were shortlisted for the first round. 2 people came to interview and wach interview lasted for about 40 minutes. The interview started with behaviour based questions such as tell me about yourself? Lot of situation based questions such as tell me of a situation when you were in a team and you had problems with a team member. How did you approach it and what did you learn from the incident?

Impromptu brief interview during an MBA conference. I was asked to talk to a few recruiters and talk about why J&J, products of theirs I liked and how I would market against them as a competitor.

Definitely need to research the company and the team beforehand. Know the credo and the values of the company and demonstrate how you would fit with the company. Also, be sure to explain your background and why you are interested in healthcare and Johnson & Johnson. Prepare thoughtful questions because they left more time for this than expected.

I interviewed with Johnson and Johnson during a diversity conference. The interview consisted of two back-to-back 45 minute behavioral interviews. Began with a walk through my resume. Then proceeded to mostly typical questions. The interviewers were friendly and they have me feedback via phone following the interview.
