I applied through their website and after a few day they called me for an interview on my college. The interview was for that same day they called. The interview involved easy behavioral questions, nothing technical. Three guys interviewed me at the same time, so it wasn't one on one.

I got a hirevue interview which had 3 questions. I had infinite time to prepare and 2-3 minutes max for each question. 2 tries for each question. I still haven't received a response back

I had a Hirevue virtual interview. It took about a month from when I submitted the application to when I received the email. 3 basic questions, but they were mainly behavioral.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Recorded interview with prompts that you had to answer. Once I passed that, I was emailed about a second interview with the manager and his team. Then I had a introductory interview with the manager's boss as the final interview.
