JnJ posted on the school website that they are looking for MBA interns. I applied through the school career website and got the interview invitation in 1 week. The HR was friendly. The whole interview was on behaviour questions.

Interview was pretty standard- a combination of behavioral and personality questions. Questions revolved around J&J's values so knowing that in advance will help. Interviewers were friendly and warm. Would work with them.
