Use of STAR system during a 30 minute interview with 2 recruiters after a college career fair. One of the recruiters was from sales, while the other was a member of the engineering team. I was called 1 hour before my interview and asked to come in after my college career fair. I was looking for a coop, so the interview process was not as rigorous as it would be if I was looking for a full time job.
