Initial interview with general recruiter, then interview with manager and colleague. General interview was to understand relevance to position and why you were interested. Second interview was more about technical expertise and team fit.

Got a skype interview with an HR, relatively easy with mainly personality and company fit questions. Got the second phone interview a few days later, this one was more technical. Didn't end up getting the offer.
