Very straightforward interview. I was asked about my availability and experience as a researcher. The lead researcher who interviewed me was kind and friendly. Very low pressure interview. We talked about the ongoing projects at the Lake Nona facility and what some of my duties would be as a research assistant. The whole interview probably lasted one hour.
The interview was a digital interview. I had four calendar days to complete it. They also allow you to review your responses and rerecord it if you are unsatisfied with how you responded.

very confortable working environment,with many benefits and facilities . tough environment and very stressful. Lots of pressure and expectations to meet. Insane workload and many overtime. Had to leave office at 9pm many times and come back home late
