The process was long but fast - 4 rounds in 4 weeks: i) HR: typical screening ii) Hiring Manager: typical interview with 5 or so behavioral questions iii) Panel with the Team: a one-hour barrage of 10-15 behavioral questions - not terribly hard questions, but if you had not thought about it before the interview, its quite hard to give a 'good' answer on the spot I didn't get the role. In the end, I sleuthed the final hire who had quite a different profile to what HR described the requirement was in the first/screening interview...

I was contacted about 2 weeks after submitting my application online. Spoke with the recruiter and she gave some good information and guidance on the process. The same day I received an email from the hiring manager to discuss the role but via phone instead of their standard Teams meeting. The phone call was about 45 minutes long, however, I was not asked much which leads me to believe this was a filler interview and they already had a candidate in mind. I followed up a week later and never heard anything. It’s was disappointing to be ghosted by a company like this.
