I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Sep 2015
Interview
The hiring process consisted of 3 interview stages. At first with two HR employees which asked me general questions about my profile and about the way I cope with different situations in my everyday life. At the second stage, about a week later, the Demand Planning Supervisor conducted a deeper search about my resume, asked me specific questions referring to my soft and hard skills and gave me the overall description of the position. Finally, the Head of the Department asked me to meet him, about 4-5 days after the 2nd stage. He focused more on my personality and less on my skills. After a small, 15-minute conversation, he stated the jobs' main aspects, he warned me about the pressure and the heavy workload, he assured me that the team's support is guaranteed and invited me to sign up ! The whole interview procedure lasted about 20 days...
