Johnson & Johnson Sr. Manager interview questions

Initially I was interviewed by a recruiter, then the hiring manager and lastly a 1 hour Zoom interview with a panel of 4 people. They were all very personable and professional. All of the questions were situational. I was very satisfied with the process

over a period of about two weeks, met with about 7 people, varying in level. it was going well from my vantage point. when process was over, i never heard from anyone again. reached out to recruiter and did not get a reply. they never reached out to finalize process and let me know that i did not get the job. this is super frustrating.
