Interview
One interview (one hour long). Interviewed by 2 engineers. Some technical questions (mostly related to testing, they didn't want the correct answer, but rather how I went about providing them with a solution), couple of behavioral (why jnj, stressful situation, etc) and one ethical question (one time u had to use ethics type question)
Standard behavioral then technical interview. Whole interview lasted for an hour. First half was behavioral asking about projects on resume. Second half was an leetcode easy problem. Not bad at all.

Got rejected at the screening round. Overall the process was not very thorough and did not look at all aspects of the applicant. That was my process applying to the software engineering internship at J&J.
