I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter, then had a short phone call with someone on the brokerage team. The conversation was mostly behavioral and focused on why I’m interested in brokerage and how I work in a fast-paced environment.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Bethesda, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
Multiple behavioral interviews with various Managing directors. Not very technical, but want to know if you are a fit for a sales-based role, whether you are up for a commission lifestyle, and if you ultimately want the job over anything else. Truly about your commitment to the profession.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Boston, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
At office in Boston. Consisted of two rounds of interview. First was meant to be intimidating and serious. Had three employees asking questions. Second round was fun and laid back with younger hires asking silly questions. The second round interviewees were drinking alcohol during the interview.
