It was very quick & smooth. The only challenge is they ask for face to face round for final discussion. So if you are in a different city, you may have to travel. Rest it was very good.

It was an over the phone interview with a recruiter located in the Chicago office. It was a relatively generic interview with the standard "why do you want to work at JLL" and "tell me about your past work experience"
