You apply online ( LinkedIn or Indeed) and you get a email, you speak over the phone on a call that went well and you sent a follow up thank you and you were ghosted about 2 months later a email we went with someone else, horrible company. Just horrible.....

Interview
Very minimal. It was a referral. I interviewed in NYC with their client - who owns real estate in Bellevue. The interview was limited to relocation discussion and salary requirements.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Washington, DC) in Aug 2014
Interview
Phone interview then separate interviews with Group Manager. The entire process was a very lengthy ordeal and the manager basically wasted a great deal of time. i would not recommend anyone to apply with JLL at all.

All of the questions were basic interview questions.
