Very lengthy and long turnaround period of 30+ days. Dicey, Unreliable, non trustworthy HRs often confused with their own internal updates and follow ups. No proper communication and lack of transparency.

Interview
One on one interview with the Team Leader. After screening of resume their was a one on one PI round with the team leader. He was very polite and made me comfortable. Asked relevant questions. And post that i received a confirmation letter from the HR of being selected.
