More social than anything to see if you fit the team, they do their due diligence up front on skills. Take you out the lunch with some of the team members to get some more perspective vs just the supervisor.

Very long, drawn out. Went through 6 interviews and it took 8 weeks only for them to tell me that they went with a candidate with more experience. I lost valuable time and missed out on other job opportunities because I was invested in seeing this interview process through

A lot of BQs, did ok. But I had to wait for a month before a second conversation with the hiring manager. Wasn't a good experience so decided to not move forward

Had a very positive interview with them and was promised a follow up but they closed my application and don't respond to emails or calls. I would like feedback, that's all! Ghosting on applicants also show their level commitment to staff success!
