I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle
Interview
They reach out over email to schedule and then is one round in person where you meet with multiple employees. Was straightforward and very typical for this sort of company
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
Received a call from HR who scheduled a phone interview. Was then called back to schedule a face to face interview. Fairly simple interview questions - why do you like this type of work, have you ever had a conflict with a client/ your manager, a time you created or improved a process, past/current experience. I had a list of questions to ask, as they thought this was a plus. I interviewed with total of 4 people- 2 managers, and 2 employees.

Question 1
The interview was very comfortable. Had to complete a background check and drug screening.
It was well prepared, everything went smooth. The exercise was difficult for me, but it was more about checking my language skills. They gave me a sample lease agreement in Spanish and few questions to answer.
Easy, meet with 3-4 middle management types from the department who all ask you questions they obviously didn't write. Take a test afterward - rumor has it your performance on the test has nothing to do with whether you're offered.
