I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and then had two phone calls with HR. Then I had one phone call with my future manager. I did not meet them or see the office in person before accepting the job. My future manager sent me some data and asked me some questions related to summarizing it. I had one day or so to do it. It wasn't difficult (though would have been tricky if I weren't skilled in Excel.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were mostly straightforward and related to my previous work experience. There were also questions about how my background/skills would support certain job functions.
It was okay. Everything went good the interviewer was nice and gave quick response . There were 5 rounds and it went by very very smoothly and nicely and it was a great experience
It was total 3 rounds, first HR round, then technical round and then behavioural with technical. First technical round was related to sql n mostly tableau. Last round was related to tableau only
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How you optimize tableau dashboard. Have you used LODs, give example from your work.
It wasn't a bad experience, but I don't believe that I would be a good fit. Nice interviewers, great questions. Some of the questions seemed like I would be doing more than I was qualified for.
