Four rounds of interview process. It was pretty grueling. The first was pretty alright with a one on one with HR. The second was toughest. Pretty stressful group interview consisting of 4 timed rounds/assessments. First round was a 3-min first impression interview in front of a panel of 5 and the rest of the other 15 candidates!!! Second was a personality test. Third was a group challenge to come up with solutions to problems and present it. Fourth was a written test.

There were 2 rounds. First round was a simple interview where the HR personnel would ask questions regarding how you handle difficult situations. 2nd round was 2 case studies. One on leasing and another on transaction management. we were only given 10 minutes to discuss before coming up with our response

Interview
First Round:
Had an interview with 2 HRs. This session is getting to know more about you, your interests in general. A get-to-know-you session. You can ask them about the program and they are very kind to share with you more of the IFM programme.
Second Round:
Prepare for a presentation on a case study to 3 managers from different functions and 1 HR will be present as well. 45 mins to prepare, and 15 mins to present. After which, Q&A session with the managers. This session is to test more on your analytical skill sets.
Third Round:
Interview with head of FM.
