Interview
During the account transition, I was one of a few people the client had requested be retained. The individual who came on sight to conduct interviews "forgot" me and then was annoyed when I had a client-facing meeting I needed to attend and couldn't meet with him at a moment's notice. During my interview, there were no questions regarding my roles, contributions, skills, etc but rather an intense line of questioning regarding processes and procedures that would have been better suited to discussion with a transition team in a non-interview setting.
