RH confuso, fui contatado por duas pessoas diferentes do RH, em um intervalo de 1 mês, sendo que a segunda não sabia que eu já havia feito uma entrevista por telefone e preenchido um formulário no padrão da empresa e fez exatamente as mesmas perguntas, inclusive em inglês. Entrevista presencial com gestor rápida e direta, onde foi oferecido salário muito abaixo do praticado no mercado. Apesar da promessa de feedback, infelizmente este não ocorreu.

HR gave a phone at first and then arranged the interview meeting with directors directly. The process only had one round and lasted for around 40 minutes. The interviewers were professional and nice.
