Interview
The standard interview consists of one or more managers who meet with you to get answers for various scenarios that they present. They are looking to see what type of problem solving and critical thinker you are. They go back and discuss what they each thought about not only your resume and experience, but your answers to the responses. This is a required element of the interviews for this company.

I had three interviews that went well, each providing valuable insight into the role and team. The entire process took three weeks, and I am now waiting for a response.

Explain how you organize yourself supporting 4 executives.
Uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall a negative experience. They had a panel of men interview me in a small room, where they never put down their cell phones, one guy got up and left during the interview.
