A three-part application process with the first two being automated. The final interview consisted of three parts. Firstly a 40min-1hr interview with two directors in which they asked general questions and how I would react in certain scenarios. The second part was a 5min presentation and subsequent questions. Finally, there was an informal chat with senior members of staff lasting 10-15mins.

Question 1
How have you built and maintained a relationship with someone in a management position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in Jan 2025
Interview
online application then was fast tracked straight to the AC
what helped was having strong answers to the initial application questions which were: What excites you about this role, a career in real estate, and specifically why at JLL? Tell us about a time when you had to think differently and come up with a new creative idea or adapt an approach. How did you come up with the new idea or approach and what difference did it make?
so make it personal
At the AC, there are two interviews, excel test, written test, a general knowledge test and a presentation

Question 1
Why JLL?
Why residential?
Why real estate?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Ask you some CV questions like what's your favourite work experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Enjoyable process overall.
Lengthy application form, Skype interview and psychometric testing then Assessment day and final interview.
Assessment day involved group task, individual task, short pre-prepared presentation and final interview generally covering competency questions and a few 'why JLL, why property' etc
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but weirdly my final interview questions were almost identical to my skype interview...which threw me off a little.
