I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in Mar 2009
Interview
The hiring manager called me and invited me to an initial phone interview at a later date. Phone interview was followed by in-person interview, then two additional peer interviews in my discipline. Finally, I was presented with a job offer package that required the background and drug screening be done within the next few days, prior to hire. Upside was that I was probably the only one interviewed given the short timeline of the new account (I later learned). Downside was that none involved in the hiring process where necessarily skilled at recruiting. Work culture is very much 'sink or swim.'
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Feb 2017
Interview
first round is HR consultation, then associate director interview. Then comes to salary negotiation and final is the offer. The whole process lasts about 3 weeks. The questions are not difficult to answer.
