I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in Jun 2008
Interview
I was recommended through a friend who worked at the company. I was initially contacted by the head of department secretary. I went to the office for the first round of interview and was interviewed by two different people. I was then called for a second interview with another managing director, who offered me the job at the end of the interview.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough. The process from start to finish took approximately two months. All in all, it wasn’t bad at all. They want to make sure you are a good fit for the team.
Interview was straight forward and good. Had three rounds and an assessment at the end. Everyone I met with was nice and open about their experience. Not bad process at all.
A total of 4 rounds of interview with the last round being HR, 1 phone call, 2 face to face with D and SD and 1 teams. Some technical questions and some issues on team management.
