Goed gesprek, er is wel de verwachting gewekt dat er veel animo is voor de vacature terwijl er meerdere malen door de recruiter is aangegeven dat de vacture al een half jaar open staat. Daarnaast zijn er diverse zaken goed uitgelegd en wordt er goed uitgelegd wat de functie inhoud.

Interview
Three interviews were necessary for a 12-month maternity cover for an external company. The first was with a Talent Director, and the others were for the company I'd be working for. The staff were all very friendly; however, no one ever got back to me, and after three weeks of chasing, I finally got a response by email, which was quite disappointing given how much time I had invested.
