VERY VERY VERY VERY LONG interview process, I didn't even know this was a standard in this field. The actual questions were pretty similar. Like why jll, why real estate, what is your background, some asked where I am from. It was alot of answering similar questions but with different people around the company and as you get more interviews you talk to people higher up.
