Phone with hiring manager, one-on-one a couple weeks later, then two-on-one the next week. All behavioral. Prep for standard questions and you should be fine. JLL is system and data heavy on the finance side. Financial technology is also important. Need good accounting skills. The fit with the team is really important. Interest in real estate is helpful.

Fast-paced circles in 2 different analyst every 30 minutes or so, and remained there for a bit over 3 hours. A lot of the topics were behavioral based questions, however they did throw in some basic technical themes.

3 Rounds of interview, first with HR second with hiring managers and third with the hiring managers head means the profile you are interviewing that verticals head. Not very hard but have good accounting knowledge. And basic of Excel

They ask the basic questions if you are fresher. They would want to know about your confidence and change of the adaptability of their environment............................so just be confidence on have control over what you are saying about. Best of luck from my side
