Fairly easy and smooth interview process. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. However, interview was conducted by the research department lead (internship was for brokerage) which seemed odd.

Basic personal questions and a academic background
Interview process was pretty straightforward. It was an online interview that lasted around 30-45 minutes. After the interview, I heard back relatively quickly. The whole time everyone was super nice, supportive, and encouraging.

Rigorous, but a calm environment, it was a 3 step process that they kept asking me about and it got to the end where I finally got it. It was a good experience
Easy with real estate minor experience, basic knowledge of modeling, show you care, know your 5 year plan. They want to know how motivated you are and if they would want to work with you.
