Consisted of two interviews. The 1st occurred over the phone asked basic resume based questions, interested in what i wanted to pursue for in the future. got a call back the next day and was asked to come in for a second interview. In the second interview there were a lot of behavioural based question (i.e what would you do in x situation).

The first interview is a telephone interview with the HR. The phone last between 10-15 minutes and includes questions related to your background and interest in working at JLL.

Interview
Very formal emails from the company to start off the process, interview is less formal. Very kind people from all campuses in NYC joined and asked a mix of standard and silly questions. Very kind but professional the whole time.
Evolves around Amazon principles. You need to have ready several examples per each principles as questions evolve around them, and using the STAR method to prepare each story from your previous experience.
