Pretty short interview process consisting of a preliminary phone interview with the hiring manager, then a Zoom interview and finally an in person exam/ meeting of current staff. The exam test knowledge in real estate administration.

They reach out over email to schedule and then is one round in person where you meet with multiple employees. Was straightforward and very typical for this sort of company
It was well prepared, everything went smooth. The exercise was difficult for me, but it was more about checking my language skills. They gave me a sample lease agreement in Spanish and few questions to answer.
Easy, meet with 3-4 middle management types from the department who all ask you questions they obviously didn't write. Take a test afterward - rumor has it your performance on the test has nothing to do with whether you're offered.
