Video interview through teams with two directors. The atmosphere was relaxing and it lasted around 30 minutes. Overall it is a good experience. After the interview, hr informed the result in one week.

3 rounds for interview, 1 to JLL HR, 2 rounds under client. Relatively quick process with the interview rounds all held within 2 weeks. It was really smooth and no tests and presentations were needed

What was one challenge you had, and how did you overcome it?
Met with the HOD in a bar outside of work hours - got offered the next day. Process was fairly simple and it's a small industry. Largely chatted to understand each other better.
