I applied online then was asked to schedule a phone interview a few days later. I spoke with a member of the Capital Markets team and had a very casual conversation. My interviewer asked me to ask him any questions that I had rather than asking me typical interview questions. I was asked to come in to the office next week to meet more of the team.

Interviewed with four people. Make sure to come with questions. They also mentioned during the busy season you could work 70-80 hours. It seemed like they were looking for absolute go-getters and someone willing to give up their work-life balance

Pretty standard behavioral screening followed by 1 technical and a brief Q&A at the end. Interviewers were two first year analysts who had done the internship and taken FT offers, both very excited to talk to me and informative throughout the process

First Round: Human Resources interview (around 15 min)
Second Round: Interview with the Director (Competency and Technical Interview (around 30 min)
Third Round: Case Study (Excel Model and Powerpoint presenting it to a client)
Fourth Round: Presentation (around 1 hour)
